This version is designed to operate locally and stores all the data in the Data folder, without connecting to external servers, though allows users to actively share their aggregated (non-identifiable, fully anonymised) data if they wish to do so, no data is sent externally in the background. Users are solely responsible for how the platform is installed, used, and secured within their environment.

Please be aware that any data stored or entered into the database may be considered pseudonymised rather than fully anonymised, and may therefore fall under the scope of data protection regulations such as GDPR or equivalent frameworks. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure full compliance with applicable data governance, privacy, and security requirements. SurgiDash™ is provided as a database template only, and we accept no liability for the handling, storage, or processing of data within user-managed installations.
